The Associate Manager - People & Culture supports the execution of core people processes and ensures operational consistency across the employee lifecycle. This is a foundational role, focused on accuracy, follow-through, and developing people's judgment over time.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) / Responsibilities1. Culture & Values Support
Support the execution of cultural initiatives and internal rituals.
Ensure values are reflected in:
- Onboarding materials
- Internal communications
- Day-to-day coordination
Observe and report cultural inconsistencies.
2. Hiring & Onboarding Support
Support recruitment processes including:
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate communication
- Documentation and coordination
Ensure onboarding is:
- Timely
- Organised
- Consistent
3. Performance Process Support
Support performance cycles by:
- Tracking timelines
- Maintaining documentation
- Following up with stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and completion of records.
4. Employee Lifecycle Administration
Manage people operations across:
Maintain accurate records with strict confidentiality.
5. Events & Engagement Support
Support planning and execution of organisational events across cadences.
Assist in:
- Annual events (logistics, coordination, documentation)
- Monthly engagements (communication, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Weekly rituals (meeting setup, reminders, notes, tracking)
Ensure events are:
- Well-organised
- Executed on time
- Smooth for participants
Flag gaps early and incorporate feedback for improvement.
6. Policy & Compliance Support
Ensure policies are:
- Communicated clearly
- Followed consistently
Escalate deviations or risks promptly.

Pay: ₹10,861.64 - ₹33,154.72 per month
