Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate with engineers, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling service calls, maintaining service records, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service requests with field engineers.
- Assign service tickets and track their progress until closure.
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates and timelines.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up with engineers and customers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements with vendors and internal teams.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and processes.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
