Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze specimens and prepare detailed laboratory reports.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Follow laboratory safety standards, infection control procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- OET or IELTS qualification is mandatory.
- Age up to 45 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
