Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career path in Data Science, Data Analytics, and AI programs. The role involves handling leads, counselling students, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website inquiries)
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and outcomes
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain lead data and update CRM systems
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead flow feedback
Eligibility / Requirements
- Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in education counselling preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Data Science / AI courses (training can be provided)
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on admissions)
Working Details
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
