We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity & Pre-Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between technical cybersecurity solutions and client business needs. The candidate will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating cybersecurity solutions, preparing proposals, and helping close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client cybersecurity requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and pre-sales activities.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, BOMs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions such as:
- Firewall
- Endpoint Security
- Email Security
- SIEM
- VAPT
- Cloud Security
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing, technical support, and solution design.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and customer onboarding.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and networking.
- Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security, VPNs, and cloud security.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solutions.
- Good documentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity brands like Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks CrowdStrike is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certifications like CEH, Security+, CCNA, or Fortinet NSE are an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT sales or cybersecurity solutions preferred.
