We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
Explain details of plots, farm lands, villas, and other real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and appointments for interested customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
Update customer records, call logs, and lead status in CRM software.
Coordinate with sales executives for lead handover and site visit management.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette and company standards.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
Qualification
Intermediate / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
