Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the BIM, AEC, Engineering Consulting, CAD, or Construction Technology industry.
- Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Clash Detection, Scan to BIM, Shop Drawings, BIM Coordination, and BIM Execution workflows.
- Experience BIM outsourcing, engineering support, or managed production services to international clients.
- Hands-on experience developing business in UK, USA, Europe, Australia, and Middle East markets.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Experience managing key client accounts and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Ability to understand client project requirements and recommend suitable BIM service solutions.
- Experience leading and mentoring Business Development teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new opportunities with architects, engineering consultants, contractors, developers, and BIM consultancies.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and industry events.
- Understand project scopes, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client delivery requirements to propose suitable engagement models.
- Lead negotiations and close outsourcing, resource augmentation, and project-based service contracts.
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, monitor KPIs, and improve conversion rates.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Coordinate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
