Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science/IT / Electrical
Experience as a help desk support engineer preferably in following areas or relevant industry experience
Roles and responsibility :
a. Helpdesk support for logging calls related to Infrastructure services and facilities for data Centre such as Power, Air conditioning, Telecommunications, Cleanliness/ Upkeep, Fire protection, Access control, LAN Passive, etc.
b. Pioritization and resolution of issues raised in issue tracking system at the facility
c. Ensure compliance with SLAs for all reported issues
