- Act as the go-to person for employee queries and support.

- Manage exit processes including full & final settlements.
- Maintain organised and compliant employee records.
- Maintain daily attendance records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Handle leave management in line with company policies.
- Share accurate monthly reports with payroll / finance teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and social platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout.
- Bachelor's degreein HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant HR experience. (BBA/MBA Candidates will be
preferred.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Familiarity with HRMS / HRIS systems.
- End-to-end HR exposure across recruitment,operations, and employee engagement.
