Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Maximum CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Industry: Food / FMCG
Note: This role may be on the payroll of FGSPL or a third-party payroll (LOBO Staffing) with applicable statutory benefits, depending on the job role.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage Accounts Receivables, ensuring smooth collections, reconciliations, and strong cash flow management in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Management
Generate & issue invoices as per dispatch/delivery
Ensure GST & statutory compliance
Collections & Follow-ups
Monitor AR aging reports
Follow up via calls, emails & client visits for timely payments
Accounts Reconciliation
Reconcile customer accounts regularly
Handle credit/debit notes & resolve discrepancies
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain AR ledgers & prepare aging reports
Support cash flow forecasting & monthly closing
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales & Logistics teams
Support audits with required documentation
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records & ensure financial control compliance
Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com with minimum 4 – 6 years of AR experience (FMCG/Food preferred)
Hands-on experience in Tally / SAP / Oracle / ERP systems
Strong Excel skills
Knowledge of GST & TDS
Excellent communication, analytical & follow-up skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
ERP system experience
Exposure to export billing (if applicable)
Understanding of food/FMCG supply chain
Preference
