Electrical Maintenance & Equipment Uptime
- Ensure ≥ 98% equipment uptime for critical production lines (ED, Powder Coating, Painting).
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance for:
- PLC-controlled ED coating lines
- PLC & Automation Systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley or equivalent).
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all electrical systems.
- Breakdown Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like:
- 5 Why
- Fishbone Diagram
