We are a family-owned, Pure Vegetarian establishment at the Bagla-Mandi Bypass. We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional to take full ownership of our kitchen operations. **Technical Requirements:**
The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the following:
- * **North Indian:** Mastery of traditional gravies, tandoor, and main course items.
- * **South Indian:** Consistent quality in staples such as Idli, Dosa, and Sambar.
- * **Oriental/Chinese:** Skilled in high-heat wok cooking (Noodles, Manchurian, Spring Rolls).
- * **Quick Service:** Ability to execute high-quality snacks and appetizers efficiently.
**Professional Standards:**
- * **Reliability:** We seek a professional with a high level of integrity and a commitment to long-term stability.
- * **Kitchen Management:** Strong focus on hygiene, waste management, and consistent taste profiles.

**Compensation & Logistics:**
- * **Competitive Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with skill).
- * **Benefits:** On-duty meals provided.
- * **Accommodation:** Fully covered boarding and basic living expenses provided for **outstation candidates only**.
**Selection process**
- Mandatory Culinary Trial- shortlisted candidates will be required to perform a practical cooking demonstration (trial) at our kitchen to verify skill levels and taste profiles.
- Personal Interview - A formal discussion regarding past experiences and professional expectations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
