IT is responsible for all sales activities within the region of the company. This includes managing BC/CSP and New code, developing relationships with existing BC, Bank heads, Managers, handling Bank-Mitra support and new business generation.
Immediately on joining of DHs/ZHs give training through Bank project Heads regarding process of BC onboarding, product knowledge, Technical support and how to increase commission
Tracking & Monitoring of DHs/ZHs Team performance (API) through performance rating Module.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
