We are looking for a proactive and organized Branch Coordinator to oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth coordination between students, staff, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day branch activities and operations.
- Maintain and track employee and student attendance records.
- Manage and update employee and student leave records.
- Handle student inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Maintain branch records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and student communications.
- Support the branch team in achieving operational goals and maintaining smooth branch functioning.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
