Job Summary
BeastDrive is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent for technical, sales, customer support, and operations roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Hire for roles such as Sales Executives, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Drivers, HR, and Technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within company guidelines, and manage the joining process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring status.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives when required.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for sales, operations, or technical roles is preferred.
- Freshers with strong recruitment knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ATS software.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must currently be based in Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Must be willing to work from the office on a full-time basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹9,346.14 - ₹20,013.71 per month
