Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services and offerings professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up with prospects and customers regularly.
- Update call records and customer information accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Confident, professional, and positive attitude.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
