Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident BPO Tele caller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, properties, offers, pricing, and available options.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budget, preferred location, and property type.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
