Key Responsibilities:
- Visit property dealers and channel partners to promote company projects
- Identify and onboard new property dealers to expand the network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
- Arrange site visits and explain project details to clients
- Generate sales leads through the dealer network
- Follow up regularly and assist in closing deals
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (Real Estate / Field Sales preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field (daily travel required)
- Good knowledge of local areas (Kharar / Mohali / Chandigarh)
- Own bike and valid driving license preferred
