Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, HR documentation, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates
- Support employee onboarding and joining documentation
- Maintain and update HR records, candidate trackers, and employee databases
- Assist in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and HR-related communication
- Support attendance, leave records, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment and HR support activities
- Help in employee engagement and communication activities
- Perform other HR and operational tasks assigned by the team
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR / BBA / Any graduate completed HR-related studies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working from the office
- Must have own laptop/device
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets is preferred
