Job Overview
We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers to work on large-scale implementation and enhancement projects across IRM/GRC, HRSD, and PSDS modules. The role involves developing scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrations, workflows, and automation for enterprise and government-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Work on ServiceNow IRM/GRC, HRSD, or PSDS modules.
- Build integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, ETL, and enterprise connectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for project delivery.
- Develop scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL v4 practices and Australian Government ICT standards.
- Support automation and enhancement initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- ServiceNow IRM / GRC
- HRSD
- PSDS
- Experience with:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk & Audit Management
- Third-Party Risk
- HR Case Management
- Employee Workflow Automation
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, APIs, and integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL v4 concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (HRSD / PSDS / IRM / GRC)
Mandatory Requirement
Baseline or higher AGSVA Security Clearance is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
