Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer feedback calls, regular service reminder calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali, along with basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct feedback calls with customers after service completion.

Handle regular service reminder and follow-up calls.

Schedule and coordinate service appointments, if required.

Address customer queries and escalate service-related issues to the concerned team.

Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback reports in Excel.

Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely customer communication.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Complete daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.
Eligibility
-
Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).

1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Centre.

Experience in the automobile or service industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills

Good verbal communication in Hindi and Bengali (mandatory).

Basic understanding of English.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.

Working Hours
