Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with international customers.
- Understand client requirements and align customized IT service solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage client communication, proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
- Keep track of leads and opportunities using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, Web and Mobile technologies, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong exposure to US IT services market (mandatory).
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork or Clutch is advantageous.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
