Job Summary: The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, tracking, and managing government tenders through various e-procurement portals. The role involves end-to-end coordination of the tendering process including documentation, bid submission, and follow-ups to ensure successful participation and compliance. Key
Responsibilities:
1. Tender Search & Identification Regularly search for relevant tenders on government portals such as: o Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) o GeM (Government e-Marketplace) o State Government tender websites Identify suitable tenders based on company profile and eligibility criteria Maintain a database of upcoming and active tenders .
2. Tender Documentation & Preparation Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work Prepare and compile all required documents (technical & financial bids) Coordinate with internal departments for required inputs and documents Ensure all submissions comply with tender requirements and deadlines ________________________________________
3. Bid Submission & Coordination Handle online bid submissions on portals like GeM, CPPP, etc. Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for pricing and technical details Track bid status and update management regularly ________________________________________
4. Follow-ups & Compliance Follow up on submitted tenders and track results Handle tender clarifications, corrigendums, and amendments Maintain records of submitted tenders, approvals, and results Ensure compliance with all government tendering rules and regulations ________________________________________
5. Relationship & Coordination Liaise with government departments, clients, and vendors when required Coordinate with finance for EMD, tender fees, and documentation Work closely with management for strategy and pricing decisions.
