Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective classroom lessons as per CBSE curriculum
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, tests, and assessment reports
- Use smart teaching methods and activity-based learning techniques
- Support students academically and emotionally
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Maintain classroom records and academic documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant subject
- B.Ed qualification preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply
- Experience in CBSE schools will be an added advantage
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning
