Insurance Executive – Pinnacle Nissan (Motor Insurance)
Pinnacle Nissan is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Insurance Executive to manage motor insurance sales, renewals, policy processing, and customer support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic insurance knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities in motor insurance roles typically include policy renewals, quotation preparation, insurer coordination, customer follow-ups, claims assistance, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle motor insurance policy renewals and new business generation.
- Prepare and share insurance quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements.
- Follow up with customers for renewals and pending documentation.
- Assist customers with basic claim procedures and policy-related queries.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve monthly insurance sales and renewal targets.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in motor insurance, automobile dealership insurance, or insurance sales.
- Good knowledge of motor insurance products and policy processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
