Job Summary:
Kaaikani is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, support operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, chats, and inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper support
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for order-related updates
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback
- Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
- Update customer details and records properly
- Support day-to-day customer service activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BA, BBA, or Any Undergraduate Degree
- Madurai candidates are preferable
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
