Roles & Responsibilities of EYP Associate Teacher:
a. Supports managing classroom activities and student behaviour.
b. Assist in designing and following complete teaching plan.
c. Teach alphabet, numbers, personal, social and emotional skills.
d. Use and organise learning material and resources.
e. Establishing a Culture for Learning - Instructional Practice and deploying structure enquiry techniques leading to guided enquiry.
f. Classroom Management - continually seeking to improve learning and teaching strategies.
g. Assist in demonstrating a high level of relevant curriculum knowledge, especially in areas of Numeracy, Literacy and UOI.
h. Assist in review of present curriculum, developing yearly/term plan, develop weekly /lesson plan.
i. Employing effective pedagogy that enables children to become successful and Self-regulated learners achieving personal excellence by:
- Using assessment information to plan progression for the differing needs of learners in the class.
- Using appropriate assessment tools for formative and summative assessment Providing high quality scaffolding and feedback as stated in the school procedures for feedback to learners.
- Student Outcomes – Assisting in analysis of student performance, encouraging them to reflect on their learning.
- Ensuring effective Student Behaviour Management in Classroom.
- Adaption to New Educational Technologies.
- Implementation Practices: Implementation of the feedback towards continual improvement.
- Assessment for Learning: Assist in assessing and evaluating students’ educational progress and abilities by means of different analytic tools.
- Training and Development: Ensuring completion of mandatory Professional development training hours and self - development contributing to school academic objective/ training.
- Instilling Vision, Mission and Core Values among Students / Stake holders.
- Assist in involving parents in their children’s learning through regular parent teacher
- meetings.
- Supports in preparing Monthly Planners, Weekly Planners, DLM Daily Learning Movements
- Extra duties as assigned by the school management.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
