Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, witty, and chronically online Content Creator to join the team. You’ll be the brain behind the scroll-stopping content, the one who knows when a trending Reel audio is peaking, when it’s already over, and which client tone it actually fits.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation: Plan, write, shoot, and edit content across Instagram (feed + Stories +Reels), Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Pinterest.
- Creative ideation: Bring witty, on-trend ideas to the table for client/in-house projects across niches.
- Original thinking: Generate fresh, brand-specific ideas rooted in each project’s niche, audience, and tone. Content that feels native to the brand's world, not recycled or one-size-fits-all.
- Platform strategy: Build platform-specific content plans tailored to each project’s niche, audience, and goals.
- Shoot & edit: Shoot basic photos and videos in-store, on-location, or in-studio when required. Edit short-form video for Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
- Community management: Engage with comments, DMs, and audience interactions across platforms.
- Trend tracking: Stay on top of platform updates, trending formats, audios, and meme cycles.
- Performance reporting: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and report on what’s working.
- Ads support: Collaborate with the ads team on Meta Ads and Google Ads, creative inputs, copy, basic setup, and performance review.
- Influencer marketing: Research, shortlist, and outreach to relevant influencers and creators for client campaigns, manage briefs, deliverables, timelines, and post-campaign reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0 - 1.5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong fresher portfolios are welcome.
- Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Pinterest, not just as a user, but as a creator/manager.
- A creative streak, sharp wit, and a sense of humor that translates to a screen.
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera, happy to shoot, and happy to be shot.
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Reels, Stories, Shorts) using VN Editor, InShot, or similar.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, enough to set up basic campaigns, read performance, and contribute creatively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external collaborators (e.g., influencers, vendors).
- Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and switch tone of voice depending on the brand.
- An eye for what works on each platform, Pinterest is not Instagram, it is not LinkedIn.
- Organized, deadline-aware, and able to take ownership without constant follow-ups.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
