- Should have experience in handling woven-based products with the export background.
- Should have previous experience working with European Brands.
- Good expertise in pattern making.
- Handled fit meetings with the brand, and can understand the tech pack.
- Should be able to manage the brands independently.
- Skilled with AI and Photoshop, can make tech packs on AI.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
