- Production Oversight: Supervise daily chemical production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Quality Control: Monitor raw materials and finished products to meet ISO/GMP standards.
- Team Management: Lead and train production staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce chemical handling guidelines, PPE usage, and workplace safety regulations.
- Reporting: Maintain production logs, prepare reports, and communicate with senior management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
