Electrician – Control Panel & Instrumentation Wiring (Pharma Systems)
Control Panel & Electrical Works
Perform and supervise control panel wiring for PLC, MCC, VFD, and automation panels
Read, interpret, and execute wiring as per electrical schematics, loop diagrams, and GA drawings
Ensure proper termination of power, control, and signal cables
Verify panel wiring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications
Instrumentation & Field Wiring
Carry out field wiring for instruments such as:
Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and Level transmitters
Control valves, solenoid valves, actuators, and analyzers
Perform loop checking, continuity testing, and point-to-point verification
Assist in calibration support and commissioning activities
Pharma Industry Compliance
Work in compliance with GMP, GAMP, and safety standards
Ensure proper cable routing, tagging, ferruling, and labeling as per pharma documentation standards
Support documentation for FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ activities
Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation faults
Support system commissioning and startup activities
Coordinate with automation engineers, QA, and validation teams
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
