Are you passionate about quality, compliance, analytics, and driving performance excellence? We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Transactional Quality Analyst (TQA) who can transform quality insights into measurable business impact.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead and manage quality initiatives across the call center
✅ Conduct call audits and ensure scoring consistency
✅ Drive SOP adherence and quality governance
✅ Ensure strict TCPA & DNC compliance
✅ Deliver actionable coaching and feedback
✅ Identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements
✅ Partner closely with Operations and Training teams
What we're looking for:
✔ 2–5 years of QA experience in US outbound sales processes
✔ Strong understanding of TCPA, DNC, and compliance frameworks
✔ Experience with call auditing and quality methodologies
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Ability to influence, coach, and drive performance improvement
✔ Exposure to ISO/COPC is a plus
