RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services (Web Development, Software Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Solutions, etc.)
- Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, networking, and references
- Convert leads into clients by understanding their requirements and offering suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations in coordination with technical teams
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and deliver presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with development and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the IT sector
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in IT sales / software services sales / BDM role
- Strong understanding of IT services like web development, mobile apps, SaaS, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, etc.) is preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills
