Role: You will own our marketing and social media content from idea to final output, lead the creative team, and make the work perform. The three things this role lives on are ideation, copywriting and creative direction all backed by numbers.
You will l
Ideation
- You come up with the content ideas, angles and hooks yourself, every day, without waiting for a brief.
- You turn each product — AR car idols, VR darshan, smart frames — into several different content concepts.
- You track what is trending and convert it into brand content quickly.
- You plan content series and campaigns instead of one-off posts.
- You generate a lot of ideas and pick the ones worth producing.
Copywriting
- You write the hooks, captions, scripts, ad copy and CTAs across all our content.
- You hold the brand voice and write in both English and devotional Hindi, in a register that suits a bhakti audience.
- You write ad copy that converts, not just copy that reads well.
- You can write hooks and ad copy quickly, in volume, and on the spot.
Ownership and output
- You set the quality bar on every reel, static and ad, and you do not let flat work go out.
- You brief the team, give clear feedback and push the work until it is right.
- You are accountable for the numbers — views, shares, watch-through and ROAS.
Must have
- Experience working with D2C brands.
- Commercial reels that have crossed 1 million views, which you can show us.
- The ability to write hooks and ad copy on the spot.
- Experience leading a creative team.
- A strong command of short-form content.
- Copywriting in both English and Hindi.
- A track record of running and scaling brand social accounts.
- Experience with paid ads, both static and video.
Not a fit if you
- Have not worked with a D2C brand.
- Cannot show a commercial reel that has crossed 1 million views.
- Cannot write hooks and ad copy on the go.
- Need a brief and a day before you can come up with ideas.
- Can only execute and cannot lead or direct a team.
- See this as a posting or calendar job.
- Claim results but cannot show the numbers behind them.
- If you require more than 1 day to create an ad
Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per month
