Training
- Complete product and process training will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with new and existing customers through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Handle sales enquiries received from the Sales Head and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely information regarding products and orders status.
- Coordinate order booking with guidance from the Office Manager during the initial training period.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure excellent after-sales support.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working on a laptop. (Mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. (Mandatory)
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
