We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with strong SAP program exposure. The role involves driving governance, tracking execution, and acting as the central coordination point across SAP technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure delivery discipline and transparency.
- Participate in all SAP project, technical, and governance forums
- Drive program governance cadence (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Track and close action items, risks, and dependencies (RAID)
- Coordinate across SAP teams (ABAP, S/4HANA, integrations, Fiori)
- Translate technical discussions into structured updates and action plans
- Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership
- 9+ years in PMO / program coordination / delivery management
- Strong exposure to SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Ability to understand SAP technical discussions and drive execution
- Experience with RAID management, milestone tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency in tools: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira (or similar)
- Experience in global stakeholder management (onsite/offshore)
- Exposure to Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Strong dashboarding and executive reporting skills
- Prior experience in FMCG or large enterprise programs
