Job Details
Responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, cleanroom and controlled manufacturing facilities. The role involves HVAC system design, heat load calculations, ducting design and routing, cleanroom compliance, technical documentation, site surveys and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in HVAC Design with Pharma projects

Candidate Profile Details
Education
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Relevant HVAC design certifications/training will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC Design experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
Experience with pharma manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, controlled environments or biotech projects preferred.
Candidates from HVAC design consultancy, EPC or engineering design organizations handling pharma projects are preferred.
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in HVAC system design.
Good knowledge of heat load calculations and thermal analysis.
Experience in ducting design, routing and HVAC layouts.
Knowledge of Cleanroom HVAC and ISO 14644 standards.
AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of BMS integration.
Revit/BIM knowledge is preferred.
Ability to prepare/review HVAC drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documents.
Experience with HVAC site surveys.
Project & Coordination Skills
Coordinate HVAC designs with electrical, civil, structural, process and cleanroom teams.
Identify design issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Good technical documentation and communication skills.
