Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to recover outstanding payments from customers. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on overdue accounts, collecting payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at assigned locations for payment collection.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and pending EMIs.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Submit daily collection reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
- Ensure timely deposit of collected payments as per company guidelines.
- Verify customer information and update records when required.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned areas.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
