We seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our network within the architecture, interior design, and construction ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have proven field sales experience and a strong network among Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants. Key Responsibilities The role involves generating business opportunities, developing key client relationships, conducting project-based sales, and driving revenue growth through strategic market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Field Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits and networking activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants. Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Project Sales Management
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction and interior projects.
- Manage quotations, negotiations, and order closures. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Handle project specifications and vendor registrations where required.

Required Skills
- Strong field sales and business development experience.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project visits.
Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹42,355.92 per month
