Part-Time Sales Manager (US Education Market)

We are a fast-growing US-based education company specializing in SAT preparation and college admissions support. Through in-person programs, structured classes, and digital learning systems, we help ambitious students improve their academic performance and prepare for admission to top universities.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to communicate with prospective families, conduct consultations, and guide interested students through the enrollment process.
Important
This is not a cold-calling position.
All leads are inbound. Families have already attended our events, requested information, submitted inquiries, or expressed interest in our programs.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective families via email, WhatsApp
- Conduct consultations with parents and students
- Explain our programs, schedules, and pricing
- Follow up with interested families and maintain ongoing communication
- Guide students through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Track leads and help improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1+)
- Previous sales experience with US customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience conducting sales calls via phone and Zoom
- Ability to manage follow-ups and multiple leads simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, tutoring, coaching, online courses, or related services
- Experience selling to parents, students, or families
- Experience with CRM system HubSpot or similar
