About the Role
TapasHub is looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations across our brands. This role requires coordinating with manufacturers, sales teams, shipping partners, and customers while ensuring all operational data is updated accurately every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding of manufacturers, suppliers, sellers, and business partners.
- Coordinate daily with the sales team to track leads, orders, and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with shipping and logistics partners.
- Place purchase orders with manufacturers and follow up on production schedules.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate daily operational reports in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Track inventory, pending orders, payments, shipments, and returns.
- Handle customer relationship management and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or Administration.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience working with manufacturers, logistics partners, and sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Shopify, ERP, CRM, or order management software is an added advantage.
Work Mode
- Hybrid (On-site and Work From Home, depending on business requirements).
- Must be available for on-site visits to manufacturers, logistics partners, or the TapasHub office whenever required.
