Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, journals, and payment records.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and accounting reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related activities.
Requirements
- B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, AP/AR, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
