About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our digital health and wellness programs. In this role, you will ensure clients receive a seamless experience by managing program activities, coordinating with internal teams, and serving as a key point of contact throughout the client journey.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and ensure all required information and documentation are completed before program initiation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely assistance and addressing routine queries.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client programs.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations while communicating updates promptly.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records using CRM and internal platforms.
- Follow up on pending activities, program milestones, and client engagement to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with program renewals, extensions, and upgrades where applicable.
- Collect client feedback and document insights to support continuous service improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, client services, customer success, operations, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, or a service-oriented organization is preferred.
