Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on traditional wear for weddings, festivals, and occasions.
- Styling Expertise: Suggest outfits, color combinations, and accessory pairings
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet or exceed individual monthly targets.
- Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of fabrics and current ethnic trends.
- Excellent communication skills (local language + basic English/Hindi).
- Passion for ethnic fashion and textile knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
