Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CRM MIS Executive to manage CRM data, MIS reporting, lead tracking, sales funnel management, dashboard analytics, and coordination with sales teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and ensure accuracy in CRM data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Accuracy
- Maintain and update CRM database with 100% accuracy
- Ensure proper lead entry, allocation, and tracking
- Eliminate duplicate or incomplete records
2. MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Share reports on lead status, site visits, bookings, and closures
- Provide customized reports to management as required
3. Lead Tracking & Funnel Management
- Monitor complete sales funnel (Lead → Site Visit → Booking → Closure)
- Track lead conversion ratios and drop-offs
- Ensure timely follow-ups are updated in CRM
4. Coordination with Sales Team
- Coordinate with sourcing, telesales, and closing teams
- Ensure proper lead distribution and response tracking
- Keep HODs and Sales Heads updated on performance metrics
5. Dashboard & Analytics
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Analyze sales trends, campaign performance, and ROI
- Highlight gaps and suggest process improvements
6. System Compliance
- Ensure all team members update CRM regularly
- Maintain discipline in data entry and reporting timelines
- Conduct periodic audits of CRM data
7. Lead Source & Campaign Analysis
- Track performance of different lead sources (Portals, Referrals, Campaigns, etc.)
- Analyze cost per lead and conversion efficiency
- Share insights for better marketing and sales decisions
8. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain records of bookings, inventory status, and client details
- Ensure data backup and confidentiality
- Support management with required data during audits and reviews
