Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and sales performance in our Textile Showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day showroom floor operations, cash register operations, and visual displays.
- Manage stock intake, inventory auditing, fabric damage control, and fabric replenishment.
- Lead, schedule, and train floor sales executives and section leads.
- Drive monthly showroom sales targets and handle customer escalations.
Requirements:
- Proven 3–5 years of store management experience in a Textile, Saree, Fabric, or Apparel Showroom.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, stock handling, and showroom leadership.
Pay: ₹12,147.18 - ₹42,014.69 per month
