Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable & Junior Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments
- Follow up with clients for timely collections
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
- Maintain records of billing, payments, and discrepancies
- Prepare periodic reports on receivables and cash flow
Administrative Duties:
- Support daily office operations and coordination
- Maintain documentation and records (digital & physical)
- Assist in vendor coordination and office supplies management
- Handle basic correspondence (emails, calls, scheduling)
- Support HR/admin tasks such as onboarding documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration
Certification in accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books
Experience:
1-2 years of experience as an administrative manager
Skills
· Basic understanding of billing, receivables, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting tools like Tally
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
