About the Role
The Service Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The ideal candidate should have a customer-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and assist guests with their selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards.
- Ensure guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience and promptly address any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist in setting up and closing the dining area as per operational requirements.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Uphold the values and service standards of The Big Bull Feast.
Eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage, though freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
