Standard : 3rd to 5th and 06th to 8th
Roles & Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per curriculum
- Teach grammar, literature, writing, and comprehension skills
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and study materials
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations
- Provide constructive feedback to students
- Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and positive classroom environment
- Encourage student participation and interaction
- Use innovative teaching methods (audio-visual aids, activities, etc.)
- Evaluate student performance and maintain records
- Prepare report cards and progress reports
- Identify slow learners and provide extra support
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English (B.A./M.A. English)
- B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per school policy)
Skills Required
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Classroom management skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, smart boards, etc.)
Experience
- 1–3 years (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
