Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet walk-in customers and visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and customer inquiry registers.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding , apartments, and projects.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and documents.
- Update customer data in CRM and Excel reports.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations departments.
- Follow up with customers regarding site visits and meetings.
- Prepare daily visitor and inquiry reports.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and client presentations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Support HR and administration activities when needed.
Pay: ₹8,601.34 - ₹24,000.23 per month
